Definition

Cowden syndrome is a rare disease of autosomal dominant. which affects several organs and systems characterized by the presence of nodules on the skin and oral mucosa, along with abnormalities in the breasts, thyroid and polyps in the gastrointestinal tract, with an increased risk of malignant tumors.
