Among The 330 People Survey- Left MANY Excluded Such As The Ones With Pre-Existing Problems, With or Without Unhealthy Coping Mechinisims:

Americas Statististics on College Students & Sleeping

Poor Sleep = Psychological Issues

If we included the ones who smoked, consumed alcohol, already struggled with psychological issues.. Could you guess the sleep pattern?

The Natonal Sleep Foundation reccomends 7-9hrs of sleep per night HOWEVER college students in particular, have a poor sleep quality on average- giving you a low quality total of 7 hours of sleep.

330 people participated in a sleep study the results of that study concluded the average age of these participants were 24 y/o.

Based on those 330 people, 111.90% total, were dealing with issues such as ADHD, Depression, Anxiety & Insomnia.
