The Government is the executive organ of the National Assembly, exercises the executive power, and is the highest organ of State administration of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The people's Court is the judicial organ of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, made the right to justice.
The people's courts have a duty to:
defend justice, protection of human rights, civil rights, the protection of the Socialist regime
protect the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals
=> The Court contributes to the education of the citizens loyal to the motherland, strictly obey the law, respect the rules of social life, the sense of struggle, fight crime, the violation of other laws.

exercises the summarization of the practice of trials, and ensure the uniform application of law in trials.
supervises the adjudication of other Courts, except otherwise provided by the law.
The Supreme People's Court
summarizes adjudication practices of all Courts, ensures the consistent application of the law in adjudication.

provides training and continuing education for Judges, Assessors and other court officials.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court is responsible, and shall report on his or her work, to the National Assembly. When the National Assembly is in recess, he or she is responsible, and shall report on his or her work, to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the President. The reporting regime applicable to the Chief Justices of other Courts shall be prescribed by a law.
