What is the Coronavirus? Why is it called Covid-19?

  • The Coronavirus is a group of viruses that cause a variety of diseases in humans and animals
  • They're named for the distinctive crown-like spikes on the virus surface.
  • It is called the Covid-19 because in "Covid" the 'CO' stands for 'corona,' 'VI' for 'virus,' and 'D' for disease. The 19 stands for 2019.

Why should we take this seriously?

  • We should take this virus seriously because we don't know very much about it because it is changing all the time.
  • This virus spreads very fast and there is not much we know about it.
  • We should take this serisouly because it is so unpredictable, so we must do what we can to prevent it.

  • They are all in big debt.
  • Supply chain disruptions makes it hard for companies to release and finish their products.
