OSI Model

An OSI ( Open system Interconnections) is a framework which is used to describe the functions of a networking system.
What is an OSI Model?
The OSI model helps in creating devices and software that can communicate with products from any other seller. It also describes computing functions into a universal set of rules
Why is OSI used?
It's the fifth layer of the OSI Model: it's mindful for opening and closing communications between the gadgets
> Session
> Network
The Network layer is responsible for providing the means of transferring variable-length network packets from a source to a destination
It's the second layer of the OSI model:
The layer is responsible for
1- Data frame detection ( detecting if an error is present)
2- Error control ( Ensuring reliable point-to-connections in a communication network)
