John 13:34
- 31 times in John 13-17 love occurs
- Command to love 15 times in NT
- Jesus said it 5 of those times
- Three of which are found in these 2 verses.

You shall love your neighbour as yourself.
New Covenant
- Made with God's people and sealed with God's blood
- God promised to personally be with his people=Holy Spirit
- Covenant can't be broken because it was sealed with God's blood
- New covenant community called the CHRURCH
- Started with the resurrection of Jesus.
