  • he membership is open to men over 15years who can join under the umbrella of YPCMF

Membership has 3 levels

  • Induction: where members are issued with Cards
  • Dedication: where members are issued with Badges
  • Commisioning : Members are issued with Maroon blazers and Navy blue tie

  • We usssually have Praise and worship and devotion before embarking on the day's Agenda
  • Held Meeting in April, July and October 2022
  • Average attendance per meeting was 40 men
  • -Plan to implement Bible Study Programs for addressing issues faced by Men and church

We had an induction service on 21st August 2022. Over 81 men participated.

  • 55 Members were inducted( Cards)
  • 15 Members dedicated (badges)
  • 11 Members were commisioned as full memebers
  • Over 30 YPCMF members participated

  • During the Year 2021/22 we held a Breakfast meeting with the Parish minister.
  • The Minister addressed the topic of role of a Manin in the Family, Church and community
  • Men were later treated to a medical Camp

During the Year 2021/22 PCMF organised a goat Eating dinner dubbed Kimuri, that was held on 10th September 2022.

The Event was attended by over 100 men

  • PCMF Participates in Annuall Benchmark audits
  • In Year 2021/22 the group garnered 83%
  • Year 2021/22 Reports are ready for the audit later in the month

  • One of our mandate as PCMF is to visit the needy and sick among our brethren.
  • During the year and PCMF week we made over 6 visits to our brothers.
  • We continue to pray for quick recovery of the brothers who are yet to fully recover

During the year the fellowship lost several family membersand well as members of their family.

As a PCMF officials we thank all the men who have stood with us and the families during these time financially, morrally and through prayers

Mr. Paul Ndungú

Mr Paul Ndungú (Mzee Poa) passed on at the beggining of the year after Long illness.

He was rested at his home in Kiserian

Evangilist John Kariuko was a full dedicated member of PCMF and a great crusader for evangilism in the Church

PCMF is commited to basic Physical health of members through Exercise , Nutrition, Mental Health counselling, debreifing and sharing.

Rite of Passage

ROP

The rite of Passage is under PCMF with reference to MAn Mentorship Core Program.

We hold a Joint Session with Baraka Parish, and the boys are hosted at Ongata Royal Academy for 2 weeks.

Over last years we have hosted an average of 60 boys, from within the Parishes and out of the parishes

Man and education

Men are encouraged to deepen their knowledge and authority in scriptures. On this note ment are encouraged to engage in church programs like TEE, BSF, ICT.

We intend to start a Bible study Program for Men

Men are encouraged to use their resources responsibly, apply the 3R (Reduce, Re-use and Recycle)

Men are encouraged to be contimously economically empowered, PCMF encourages memebrs to join groups and organisation that economically empower their members including: SACCO (VBS), Housing coperatives and Microfinace

Campaign against Drugs

Drugs

PCMF is as fore front to guide the young men against the drug, alcohol and substance abuse.

The topic is covered extensively in the ROP program.

Challenges

1) In the wake of Covid era most men have been adversely affected economically and mentally. Most members are constrained in resources to be in a position to remit monthly, project and annual contribution

2) PCMF District fellowships have not been fully adopted.

3) Many men in PCMF are not fully involved in activities

4) Constraints in finances have resulted in lesser activities

Future Plans

  • Completion of the Men'Lounge/ confrence centre
  • Commisioning of more members
  • More activiteis Like Breakfast, Mbuzi, walk, Trips and fellowships

Men's Lounge

PCMF are in the Process of completing the Men's Lounge facility above the modern tiolet.

The facility will host;

  • VBS sacco Offices
  • PCMF Offices
  • ICT Centre
  • Confrence Hall for meeting, training and rejuvination purposes
  • Full set up with Kitchen and Modern washrooms

PCMF Week 2021/22

The week run from 30th October to today 6th November,

Monday 31st October: The week was Launched by the Parish Minister and Our PCMF chaplain Rev. David Gikonyo.

Tuesday 1st November: We visited the sick and the needy among our brothers, we paid visit to Mr.Kibe and Mr, Mburu

Thursday 3rd November: We engaged in cleaning activities within the church and also planted trees under the Man and Environmental Stewardship Program

Sunday 6th November: Climax of the week and fundraising for the upcoming year 2022/23.
