Whereas in the UDRP the jurisdiction(s) where the trademark is valid is not considered relevant to the panel under the first element, under the procedure for .PE the complainant needs to prove that the domain name in dispute is identical or confusingly similar to a registered trademark or serice mark in Peru.
Whereas the UDRP is limited to the protection of trademark rights, under the .PE Policy a complainant may also rely on designations or denominations of origin protected in Peru, names of individuals or famous pseudonyms publicly recognized in Peru, names of official entities of the Central, Regional or Local governments of Peru, and names of private entities registered with the Public Registries in Peru.
It is sufficient to prove that either registration or use is in bad faith.

UDRP Variant.
Whereas in the UDRP the jurisdiction(s) where the trademark is valid is not considered relevant to panel assessment under the first element, under the .BO Policy the complainant needs to prove that the disputed domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which the complainant has rights previously registered in Bolivia.
Whereas in the UDRP a pending trademark application would not by itself establish trademark rights, under the .BO Policy a complainant may rely on a trademark previously applied for (i.e., pending registration) in Bolivia.
It is sufficient for the complainant to prove that either registration or subsequent use of the domain name is in bad faith, whereas the UDRP requires the complainant to prove both elements.
Registration of .BO domain names is unrestricted. Registration of domain names under the third level, such as '.com.bo', 'net.bo', '.org.bo' is unrestricted, but restrictions apply to domain names under '.gob.bo', '.edu.bo', '.mil.bo', and '.int.bo'.

Whereas in the UDRP the jurisdiction(s) where the trademark is valid is not considered relevant to panel assessment under the first element, under the ieDRP the complainant needs to prove that the disputed domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a Protected Identifier, protected in Ireland
Sufficient for the complainant to prove that either registration or use of the domain name is in bad faith, whereas the UDRP requires the complainant to prove both.
Registration of .IE domain names is restricted; registrants must provide evidence of their connection to Ireland.
1. The Complainant has rights in respect of a name or mark which is identical or similar to the domain name; and

- is likely to disrupt public order or violate principles of morality, or infringe any rights protected by the French Constitution or by French law; or
- is likely to infringe intellectual property rights or personality rights, unless the domain name holder has a legitimate interest in the disputed domain name and is acting in good faith; or
- is identical or similar to the name of the French Republic, of a local authority or group of local authorities, of a local or national institution or public service, unless the domain name holder has a legitimate interest in the disputed domain name and is acting in good faith.
A complainant must demonstrate that it has a standing to file the complaint.

Whereas the UDRP is limited to the protection of trademark rights, under the .ES Policy a complainant must have “Initial Rights”, which are defined under the .ES Policy as:
- Designations of entities validly registered in Spain, denominations or indications of origin, trade names, registered trademarks or other industrial property rights protected in Spain;
- Civil names or “notorious” pseudonyms, which professionally identify, among others, intellectual creators, politicians and figures of the show or sport;
- Official or generally recognizable names of public administrations and Spanish public bodies
And/or for bad faith requirement.
To obtain the transfer of the domain name, you must meet three cumulative requirements:
The domain name is identical or very similar to one of the following elements:
a brand
a trade name
a registered name or company name
a geographic indication
a personal name
a designation of a geographic entity
to which the complainant has rights.
The registrant has no right to or legitimate interest in that domain name.
The registrant acted with the intention of causing harm to a third party or of obtaining an unwarranted benefit.
The complainant has to pay the required fee (€1,750 VAT excl.) at the beginning of the procedure. If the Third-Party Decision-Maker decides that the complaint is justified, we will refund the entire fee to the complainant, and will then claim that amount from the previous, illegal registration.
