Mental Health

Mental health is your psychological well being. Feelings and emotions go under this section. Feelings such as anxiety and satisfaction may be included in this section. Emotional aspects such as anger and joy fit in this section as well.

Social Health

Social health includes relationship status' with others. Relationship's with family, friends, cowokers, classmates, or any other type of peer fits into this section. This section measures the technique on how a person reacts with other people in a situation.

Physical Health

Physical health is the overall status or condition of your body and it's ability to function normally. Aspects that fit into this section include diet and nutrition, physical activity, and sleep. Hygiene is also part of physical health, showering, brushing your teeth, and washing your hands are part of physical health as well.

The ideal mental health for a person would be positive feelings and emotions. Additionally, a person with an ideal mental health would be able to handle stressful situations.

The ideal physical health includes proper diet, getting 8 hours of sleep, and exercising for at least an hour almost every day (with rest days). Hygiene is also part of physical health, so washing your hands properly, showering atleast every other day, and brushing your teeth two times a day is ideal when it comes to physical health.

Social health is the relationship status with other people. An ideal social health is properly cooperating with your friends, coworkers, and family. An ideal social health also includes keeping those relationships intact and healthy.
