Henry Milner built a bridge in 1895 at James White's house after he died. After the house was used as a hospital in WW2 it was abounded for a long time. Then in 1994 a depressed man threw his baby off of the Overtoun Bridge. But before the man through his baby off the bridge, in 1960, dogs started jumping off the bridge and kill themselfs.

The thing that makes this story so interesting is why would 100+ different dogs jump off the Overtoun bridge at different times and die. If a dog jumped off the bridge and miraculously survived it would go back to the bridge and jump off again.

A ghost of the white lady haunts the Overtoun Bridge and sacrifices dogs for her short term pleasure. Two teenagers made this theory on hallowen night to scare their friends. People still belive this theory.

I think the dogs smell a scent of an animal like a bird or minks because right before all the dogs started jumping off the Overtoun Bridge, minks were imported to Scotland, Jerry Averill created this theory.
