blobfish are known as the worlds ugliest animal. they are a deep sea fish of the psychrolutidae family. they get food by bobbing along the sea floor and eating small creatures that they can find. there average full grown length is about 12 inches long.
LOCATION
blobfish are mostly located in the deep waters off the coast of australia, tasmania and new zealand. they live about 600 to 1200 metres below the surface

- they eat crabs sea urchins shellfish and other small crustaceans.
- they have no teeth or bones and very little muscle
- females lay thosands of little pink eggs that either the male or female will sit on to protect.
