Cape Fear is from the Coastal Plain and the Piedmont. The main tributaries in Cape Fear is the Haw River, Little River, Black River, and the South River
Animals Life
Water Animals:
The Butter Fish are fish that are low short lived and the spawning occurs during June and July. They also found in Cape Hatteras to the Gulf of Maine
The Black Sea Bass are usually black but the little ones are dusty brown. Black Sea Bass grow slowly up to 2 feet and 9 pounds and live in The U.S east coast from Cape Cod.
The Blue Fish are blue and green on the back and silvery on the sides. Blue Fish live up to 12 years and live in the East Coast from Cape Cod
Land Animals:
Black Bears can weigh anywhere from 45-250 kg. Black Bears live in North America around Cape Cod. They also live for 18 years
Otters have webbed feet but mostly stays one land. They can live up to 8-9 years. The live in the North America around Cape Cod
Alligators are found in North America around Cape Cod and can grow up to be 12 feet. They can live up about to 10-12 years
Plant Life
Water Plants:
Long Leaf Pine can grow up to 18 inches (46 centimeters). When the seeds develop in cones they are dispersed by wind. They are found in the northeast cape fear river.
Carolina Bays vary from size from a few hundred feet in length to nearly five miles long. They help store and slow floodwater's. They are found near cape fear but are in North Carolina
