What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is what we feel when we are worried, tense or afraid

"It feels like someone is sat on my chest and I can't breathe"

What are the symptoms?

"I was convinced I was dying of an undiagnosed illness, I had far to many symptoms in my body for it to be only anxiety"
