Carrier and forwarder information were interchanged
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: GTC updated the forwarder and carrier fields in partners tab.
PREVENTIVE ACTION: Properly review information entered in SAP and Athena and make sure that it matches the information on the documents provided.
BPO missed to save this entry in the GTC file to be able to grab and assigned by GTC Analyst
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: GTC/Melissa grab the shipment directly from Athena.
PREVENTIVE ACTION: Make sure to check if the shipment is already saved from the GTC file.
USDA and FDA file are SECURED/ENCRYPTED when recordkeeping that's when Nuance tool is unable to capture the file
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: GTC/Hortencia save the encrypted FDA/USDA in the recordkeeping
PREVENTIVE ACTION: Recheck and review all attachment if PDF is a SECURE/ENCRYPTED one. If that's the case, PRINT the file manually to remove encryption before saving the recordkeeping in the vault
ICI and Entry # and Destination is missing in Athena
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: GTC/KIM B updated the missing data in Athena
PREVENTIVE ACTION: Reload and recheck the shipment in Athena to make sure shipment is updated even after the internet connection interruption during the processing
Missing USDA statement, HAWB was entered incorrectly as SUMA instead of HDOC.
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: GTC updated the correct input from SUMA to HDOC
PREVENTIVE ACTION: Always check all the documents and HL before copying in GTC file assignment
Incorrect shipping party entered. Issues with MID generating for new BP.
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: GTC/KIM B updated /corrected the shipping party and put MID
PREVENTIVE ACTION: Always check the shipping party and make sure that the MID is catered as always.
