It's hard to verbalize my feelings upon seeing this video. I live in Texas and last saw my Mom on November 1, 2019. Usually my next visit would be March but due to COVID-19 that was not possible. I was delighted at the idea of sending a video but did not expect the amazing response! The demands in caring for my mom must be challenging and then add in some extra stress, COVID and yet the staff still rose to the bar. I am truly grateful for every staff member and their dedication and expert loving care. Thank you can't even come close to the gratitude I feel.
