The Walking Dead is based around Rick grimes and his son Carl Grimes trying to survive the zombie apocalypse with a group of many different characters throughout the show.
The Walking dead is a Horror Fiction TV show
There are tons of characters that are not on the show and unfortunately don't make it though ever episode. some of the main characters that are Rick, Carl, Michonne, Maggie, and Carol, and Negan. A couple of my favorite characters that arn't on the show anymore are Abraham and Glenn.
