“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” - Aristotle. To truly know yourself is the most important skill you can ever possess. When you know who you are, you know what you need to do, instead of looking for permission from others to do what you already know you ought to do.

Confidence means feeling sure of yourself and your abilities not in an arrogant way, but in a realistic, secure way. Confidence isn't about feeling superior to others. It's a quiet inner knowledge that you're capable. Confident people feel ready for everyday challenges like tests, performances, and competitions.

Body Language is a significant aspect of modern communications and relationships. Therefore, it is very relevant to management or leadership and to all aspects of work and business where communications can be seen and physically observed among people.

Body language is also very relevant to relationships outside of work, for example in dating and in families and parenting.

In terms of observable body language, non-verbal (non-spoken) signals are being exchanged whether these signals are accompanied by spoken words or not.
