Introduction

A Meta-Verse is a network of 3D virtual worlds focused on social connection. Simply , it is a virtual reality world where users can interact,game and experience things as they would in the real world.

In futurism and Science fiction, it is often described as a hypothetical iteration of the internet as a single, universal virtual world that is facilitated by the use of virtual and augmented reality headsets.

The term "meta-verse" has its origin in the 1992 science fiction novel snow crash as a portmanteau of "meta" and "universe."

The Problem :

According to UNICEF, the education of 91% of students worldwide was disrupted

by the corona virus pandemic. Since early 2020, both students and teachers

have had to adapt to a new, remote style of learning. Technology has

been crucial to the continuation of learning throughout the

global lock downs.

No platform to explain Various concepts related to physics :

Rotor Dynamics ,Gravity , Velocity , chemistry (various chemicals. Creation of cloud. ) & Many other concepts

can be easily explained & taught in this

gamified Meta-verse world.

The Solution :

Soft Skills : As of now, we all understand the importance of soft Skills but both learning & teaching that is very tough. In our ancient times, pupils used to go to ‘Gurukul’ and stay there together.

How?

Students can join conferences : which are attended by students from various countries. It will give them good exposure & help them in building their confidence.

Accessibility : Meta-verse opens the door for everyone. Be it an elder person or person with special needs. Anyone can join metaverse & explore this beautiful world, travel to mountains, various other counties & learn. All these educations (and experiences) can be - provided at their own home.

The Meta-Verse promises an immersive environment without limits to what we can do and the experiences we create.

Key players in virtual reality space have to work together to achieve common standards and protocols for building virtual worlds for the meta-verse to become fully developed.

If the problem of interoperability isn’t tackled, in ten years from we may have several disparate centralized meta-verses.

It defeats the purpose of the meta-verse we all envision, one fully decentralized and interoperable.

Hopefully, regulatory bodies would also establish scrutiny and monitor how companies collect and manage users’ data and information within the meta-verse.

And with more attention in the virtual reality gadget space, prices for virtual reality equipment may reduce as more companies jump in on the trend.
