Positioning
There are 4 positions you can play at. You can play golaie d fence midfield and forward. There are usually two defenders ,one midfielder, two forwards, and one golie.
Goalies
The Goalie
Being the golie is the hardest position on the feild. some people may think being golie is the most easy position but having the stop 80 to 100 mile per hour ball is not so easy.
Defence
Defence
Defence is the second most important position on the field. The main goal for being a defender is to do anything to stop the ball to get to the goalie.
Midfield
Midfield
The midfield are also a very important posision the are to help the foewards and the defence. it is the most tiering position on the feild because they are running up and down the field
Forward
Forwards
Forwards are the players that dont need to run up and down the field they stay at the top of the field wating for the ball. Forwards ocasionally go to the middle of the field to help out a little, but they ussually stay at the top of the field
Rules
Basic Rules
Some of the basic rules are the ball can not hoit your foot you can only use one side of the stuick and you can not have the ball and move backwards. you can not score more than 15 yards away from the goal. in other words there is a big line 15 yards away from the goal and if you are not inside of it you cant shoot.
