Sustainability

Low-flow taps work by mixing air into the water-flow

  • Low flow taps in bathrooms

  • Rain water harvesting

  • Raidiant heating

  • Solar panels

Sustainability

Rainwater harvesting system collects runoff from a catchment area and generally consists of a storage tank/s, supply and distribution networks, and an overflow unit.

Radiant heat is built in slabs in the floor that will heat the whole floor of the room which will then heat everything on the floor.

Solar panels have completely renewable energy and will reduce and stabilize the energy consumption
