On the Article 1 of the United Declaration of Human Rights, it is stated: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.” Freedom from discrimination, is what ensures this equality.

Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every person in the world, from birth until death. They apply regardless of where you are from, what you believe or how you choose to live your life. Human rights are inalienable, they should not be taken away.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1948 in Paris. The text states the fundamental rights of the individual, their recognition, and their respect by the law. It also includes a preamble with eight considerations recognizing the need for the inalienable respect of fundamental human rights by all countries, nations and political systems, and concludes with the announcement of its approval and proclamation by the General Assembly of the United Nations

Forced evictions : it is when a person or group is involuntarily removed from their home so it violates the right of adequate housing.

Child marriage or forced marriage; it violates their right to freely choose a spouse and to enter into marriage by free and full consent.

Recruitment of children into armed forces or armed groups; children are entitled to protection against being recruited into armed forces or armed groups, that is prohibited.

First, the lack of access to medical services, facilities and treatment. States must take the steps necessary to create conditions assuring to everyone medical services and medical attention in the event of sickness.

Discriminatory exclusion from access to adequate food. States have an immediate obligation to ensure non-discrimination with regard to access to adequate food or the means and entitlements for its procurement.

Extrajudicial execution or other killing; Everyone has the right to live, being deprived of our own life is a violation of human rights.

Rape; It violates the right to security of the person and to be protected from torture.

Arbitrary detention : it violates the right to liberty and security.
