From mythology thinking to Logos thinking

What is Mythology?

Mythology

is the study and interpretation of often sacred tales or fables of a culture known as myths or the collection of such stories which deal with various aspects of the human condition. Good and evil; the meaning of suffering; human origins; the origin of place-names, animals, cultural values, and traditions.

Logos

What is Logos?

A principle originating in classical Greek thought which refers to a universal divine reason, immanent in nature, yet transcending all oppositions and imperfections in the cosmos and humanity.

Process of thinking

People where depending of Myths for explaining the worlds, humans, traditions, good or evil, etc... Origins. So the people started to think and studying with science, looking for a non-fantastic way to explain the origins. That's how the word "Logos" gets a meaning: Human Reasoning, Intelligence, Human sense, etc...

Today, thanks to those thinkers hundreds of years ago, people believe in various theories that explain the origin of things, although it brought problems. People can have their beliefs and scientific or religious ways of how what we see is created.
