Editing Records (Copy and Pasting)

we are going to review Copying and Pasting, and how it may differ from previous programs we have used
Field Size: enables you to set a maximum size limit on data entered in that column.
Format: enables you to set the precise manner in which Access displays or prints the data that is located in its Tables. Determined by Data Type.
Input Mask: controls how data is entered into a particular field.
Decimal Places: Sets the amount of decimals displayed.
Default Value: automatically placed in that column every time a new record is added. Can be overridden.
