Session 5: Identifying Emotional Cues

Everyone feels many different emotions in a single day.

Think about an emotion and when it's your turn say it out loud and do a pose that matches the emotion.

Today we are going to explore our five senses and how our senses sometimes affect the decisions we make about food.

In a piece of paper draw this mask template as best as you can. Do not draw or add anything else to the template.

WHAT ARE THE 5 SENSES?

Sometimes we eat because of our emotions or our senses, and sometimes we eat because we’re getting cues from our body that it needs more energy.
