1000 bene for MAMA msg through Wearable Bengals

• We have agreed that we will pilot this model with 1000 beneficiaries who will be pregnant women only. We will do 4 months pilot and then further decision will be made on the basis of the positive result from the field.

• We will communicate later how would be the process for feedback collection and communication methodology at different level.

• An orientation will be held to the MCHN staffs up to Union Organizers. Currently, the consultant is working for designing the module and the training will be held in third week of Nov.

COEL bene for MAMA msg

• Hence, I request all of you to start the selection of the beneficiaries who are pregnant only and please prioritize the early stage of the pregnancy (preferably most cases from second and early part of third trimester)

• The participants will be the women who are receiving CCT and prioritization will be given who do not have mobile phone. We are going to lunch mobile phone based MAMA message dissemination mechanism from the beginning of Dec as well. In this case, I request to MCHN Coordinator / officers to develop a comprehensive plan where they will engage organizers and work closely with M&E to identify the beneficiaries.

• You are requested to arrange PW plan as - Dacope 200 , Koyra – 200, Kaliganj – 300, Shyamnagar – 300 = total 1000 . Make a union wise list.

Instructions

• MAMA message Bene should have phones of her own and her gate keepers also

• Again take the scope to work with her/ her family to let them know about the conditions of CCT and its eligibility
