There are 3 levels to Diversity: 1st level Shunners; 2nd level Tolerators; 3rd level Celebrators
1st level Shunner:
- are afarid of the comman differences find in one another.
2nd level Tolerators:
- they beleive that everyone has a right to be different
3rd Level Celebrators
- Celebrate differences
- Value diffreneces see them as an advantage not weeknesses
- They've learned that two people who think differently can achieve much more rather than two people who think alike
