Key changes in my school as a result of this project

  • 10 out of 73 learners in Gr.2 are Non-readers and 11 are Slow readers from Gr. IV-V in English

  • They can express their ideas and share it with others, if they can understand what they read.
  • They will develop their communication skills and critical thinking skills.

Instructional Leadership. Being an effective instructional leader, it is my role and responsibilities to ensure higher learning outcomes of our learners. This can be realized by implementing school based learning support program to cater the needs of learners to Instructional Leadership.

Parents Involvement and Community Partnership. Establish strong community and parents’ partnership to support school initiated program. Involve stakeholders in planning and implementing school programs/activities and projects.

Personal and Professional Attributes and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Manifest genuine enthusiasm and pride in the nobility of the teaching profession.

In everything we do, if it is coupled with passion and compassion, nothing is impossible for our learners.

Enriches curricular offerings based on learners characteristics and culture. Manages curriculum innovation and enrichment with the use of technology. Provides technical assistance and instructional support to teachers.

Parents Involvement and Community Partnership. Establish strong community and parents’ partnership to support school initiated program. Involve stakeholders in planning and implementing school programs/activities and projects. Instill in them their vital role in the promoting holistic learners with 21st century skills. Establish sustainable linkages or partnership with other sectors, agencies to augment the needs of our program (feeding and wash in school) both financial and human resources.
