This is a mindful exercise where you will listen for the sound of the chime. You will learn to breathe in a way that helps your brain think more clearly. We will be doing a simple breathing exercise.

Teach your partner the brain and what a healthy brain looks like teach them 2 skills to calm down their amygdala so they can learn wiht their prefrontal cortex. (Look at your think sheets for some strategies to teach them how to calm down)
