The global climate crisis is a racial justice crisis

What is Racial Justice?

All individuals deserve fairness, equity, and equal treatment, no matter their race or ethnicity. The fight for racial justice involves acknowledging and challenging racism that makes racial inequality worse. Different racial groups continue to experience unequal treatment because of discrimination and oppression.

Climate change and Racial Justice

Climate change is only one of many global issues that impact people of color. Around the world people are losing access to resources that they need to survive because of increasing temperatures, water levels and pollution.
