The proposed system will have its limitations. The proposed system will not manage financial transactions of the cooperative with other entities other than its members. Expenses and outside transactions of the cooperative are computed and handled by their registered accountant. The system does not cover the reduction of the quota their going to repair since it is informed personally and verification from the office is done.
