They believe in one supreme god. The god has believed that its created the universe. And this entity is called Bondye or Bonié which roughly translates to good god.
voodooists also believe in two interrelated worlds where one of them is visible and the other one is referred to as the invisible world. what we see and live in is the visible world however it is believed that once you die you enter the invisible world in which your ancestors will provide spiritual guidance for you.
Their god doesnt interfere in their daily lives but spirits do. You can connect to the spirits by doing rituals like dances, music, chanting and interacting with snakes.

In haitian voodoo Maman Brigette is a loa associated with death and the underworld she is also the consort of Baron samedi. And is represented by a black rooster.
There is a theory about maman brigette that she will descend from brigid the celtic goddess of hearth fires. Those who have said this say she must have made her way to Haiti with Scottish and Irish indentured servants when they left their homelands.Supporting this concept, Maman Brigitte is often portrayed as a light-skinned woman with red hair.
Maman Brigette is the adoptive mother of Guede Nibo. She drinks rum with hot peppers. Also like samedi she is also foul mouthed.
Baron Samedi is known to be a so-called master of the dead, as he is depicted as a skeleton. Although, he is also a god who gives life. He can cure any disease or wound as long as it seems to be worth the effort. However, he can also hex you to the verge of death using black magic. Baron Samedi ensures that all corpses rot underground so their souls don't come back as zombies.
He is known to have a top hat, a black tail coat, dark shaded glasses with cotton plugs in each nostril. He is often portrayed as a skeleton but he is also occasionally depicted as a man with a skull painted on his face. He savours cigars, rum, black coffee, grilled peanuts, and bread.
