Materials:

- A stack of cards

- A fellow student

Instructions:

- Student A takes a card and reads out the first hint to student B

- Student B makes a suitable sentence speculating what might have happened using a modal of deduction

- Student A then reads out the second hint to student B

- Student B makes a new sentence using a modal of deduction

- Student A reads out last hint

- Student B makes a new sentence using a modal of deduction.

Example:

A: “A man is uncomfortable and walking slowly.”

B: “He might have hurt his leg.”

A: “He is holding his stomach.”

Prepare a presentation in which you take us through the soundtrack of your life. We want to hear the following:

1. A piece of music that represents (part of) your childhood

2. A piece of music that reflects who you are at the moment

3. A piece of music that gives us insight into how you see your future

Obviously all these songs should be introduced and explained in a structured and entertaining manner. Please use visuals to support your presentation. Think beyond showing a YouTube clip.
