SPIDERMAN HOMECOMING: Spiderman believed that he was doing the right thing helping save people, but it's not until Tony Stark calls him out does he realizes he needs to take a step back because he knows he cant handle that much responsibility.
- this usually takes the form of an initiation to adult life. the adolescent comes into his/her maturity with new awareness and problems along with new hope for the community. this awakening is often the climax of the story.

NEMO: Not until after Nemo is kidnapped does he realize that everything his dad did was for his well being and he was just trying to protect him.
The Journey
- The hero goes in search of some truth or information to restore life to the kingdom; he must descend into real or psychological hell and is forced to discover the blackest truths quite often concerning his faults; once the hero is at the lowest point, he must accept personal responsibility to return to the world of the living; this could also appear as a group of isolated people (trapped on a boat, bus, island) to represent society.
Thor- He gets banished from Asgard to Earth and he must learn how to become worthy again to wield his hammer.
Fahrenheit 451- He starts burning book but then he reads some and he starts to crave knowledge which turns him into an outcast of society.
Moana- she goes on a journey and meets new people.

The Three Stooges- The three stay together throughout their journey.
The Flash- Barry Allen (The Flash) is always with his girlfriend, friends, and his "father".
The Avengers- The Avengers stick together when they fight against their enemies throughout their battles. For Example: Thanos was causing havoc on the universe when he was finding the Infinity Stones and every single Avenger was attempting to save the Universe from Thanos. They stick together even through death.
