What?
When?
We plan to do our service project the week of April 29th where we will kick off our week with an assembly explaining what we are doing and how people can help. We will end the week on May 3rd where we will sell ice cream from Nutty Squirel and it will cost 5 dollars.
Our Fundraiser
So for our service peoject, we will do a fundraising week from April 29 - May 3. The week before we would hold an assembley as well as sending a mass email to all those in the St. John community explaining what we are doing.
How?
Friday
We would host an assembley wth the partnership of Mary's Place to explain what the program is and how it works, as well as adding a packet to every student with a QR code to donate to the 99 pleadges that will be set up for montary donations.

Monday
On Monday we would go into classrooms staing that we have stated our chldren's book drive. With the initative of whichever class brings in the most books will win a movie party to build engagement.

On Tuseday we wouln't really do anything for the Tuseday but we would pick back up on Wed

On Wednesday (May 1st) we would have a flower and bake sale outside of the Mary statue. We would ask middle school families to help donate for flowers or baked goods.

On Thursday we would like tuseday do nothing but keep the nook drive going.

On Friday we would partner with a local Ice Crea shop or buy Ice Cream to provide who ever would pay $5 for Ice Cream and extra recess.

To supply the ice cream we have two options, we culd try to partner with Nutty Squiral to see if they would supply ice cream, it we could order wholesale ice crea with Lopez Island Creamery. We would charge $5 to experience the event themed to flowers..
For the flowers we would order 600 Carnations for the price of $540.36. We would sell the flowers for $1.50 a flower with a $2 deal for one flower, and one baked good. Additional flowers may be added for $0.50 each.
Decorations: We would order streamers from Target for $6,
