Previously we talked about how to prepare references for printed books with one or more authors.

This time we will focus on other printed documents e.g. journals, newspaper articles, etc.

Pay attention to:

  • Both: the date rather than the year is presented.
  • Like journal articles, no publisher is found.
  • But for magazine articles, volume is included.
  • Both the name and the volume are italicised.
  • If the news article is found in several separate pages, include them all e.g. B4, B5, B8-9, etc.
