Established in 1681, Pennsylvania is a great colony to settle in!

Environment
Is favorable compared to most colonies. Pennsylvania typically had warm and moist summers, which kept grounds suitable for agriculture. Winters were not as harsh as other colonies either, making it a great colony if you do not want to freeze to death.

There were more voting rights and opportunities than in other colonies. this was because the colonies did not trust people, yet some Pennslyvania towns allowed local elections to take place.
Religion
Pennsylvania had something that few colonies could offer, religious freedom. People of all religions dashed here for that opportunity. The scale of different religions ranged from Amish to the Quakers. If you lived in areas with Puritans, you could not worship any other way because the Puritans did not tolerate it. Sorry Massachussetts.

William Penn (founder of the colony) stressed peaceful relationships with the Native Americans. Thus, Pennsylvania had many Indian allies such as the Iroquois, Lenapes, and Shawnee. William promised to protect the rights of all of his Indian allies.

While there was slavery in Pennsylvania, it peaked and removed itself from the colony faster than other colonies. The Quakers eventually realized that slavery does not fall in line with their beliefs and with that started the removal. Pennslyvania later became the first state to pass a slavery removal act in 1780 which began freeing slaves.
Conclusion
As one can see, moving to Pennsylvania is an obviously good choice. From religious freedom to the good Indian relations, one can find a safe living place in the New World in William Penn's backyard.
