Who

How many people can be accepted under refugee/asylum status?

Quota

- This year the US asylum seeker qutoa is 125,000 yet only 25,000 have been accepted

- In 2022 89.3 million people were forced to flee their homes as of 2023 that number is more than 100 million.

- So there is an issue, people are displaced, and they need safe places to go. Realistically and ideally our quota would look closer to 2-3 million
