O método de leitura skimming consiste em uma leitura rápida e superficial, analisando títulos, imagens, gráficos, etc.
Já o método scanning é uma
leitura rápida, porém, mais detalhada, buscando informações específicas em um texto.
Jane Goodall was born on the 3rd of April 1934, in London. She is a primatologist, ethologist and anthropologist. Jane Goodall is famous for her detailed studies of chimpanzees in Tanzania, observing how they interacted in family and social situations. On April the 2nd, 1957, at the age of 23, Jane travels to Kenya by boat. She has a wonderful time seeing Africa and meeting new people, but the most important event of her visit is meeting famous anthropologist and palaeontologist Dr. Louis S. B. Leakey. She founded the Jane Goodall Institute in 1977.
