Due to the Coronavirus and the obstacles it caused to the buyer, there was a decision made to postpone the go-live till May.

It came as a surprise to us as we were quite ready, but at on the other hand it gave us more time to focus on the other projects.

Germany Smart Grids Carve Out

GSS is involved in the testing and tow sessions are planned – first one just after Easter and the next one – before the end of April. Our team has prepared the test scenarios and we are ready!

The new company will be called Eltel Networks GmbH and will have company code 41.

The go-live is planned in June so still quite some time for us to prepare.

Bonifacy the Robot: Customer MD & Supplier MD

We have launched the Swedish customers MD handling by our Robot – Bonifacy. At present it handles also Norwegian customers and by that he saves us approximately 29 hours of work per month.

Now we decided to venture into the process of suppliers creation, starting from Finland. We plan to save even more manual labor so stay tuned if you are interested 

Aviation & Security Carve Out

On 1st of April we have had the go-live on this project and now we are handling this new company separately. We are now waiting for IT to confirm that everything is working as expected and we will be ready to close this project!

Efecte Tool for improvements

On 1st of April we have launched the button in Efecte which will enable you to log your ideas for improvements or automation in GSS. To do that just:

Log in Efecte -> Go to Business -> Improvements & Change Ideas.

Register your idea  Simple! What’s next? In short: once registered – your concepts will be evaluated by the GSS Management and the decisions as to whether to implement them or not, will be made. Afterwards, relevant actions will be taken.

My name's Igor. I'm 28 years old. I am from Bydgoszcz. After finishing university I moved to Toruń and this where I started a career as a Junior Accountant in Opus Capita. I worked there for almost 2 years. Once I got an excited opportunity with Thyssenkrupp as an Accounted I decided to move to Gdansk. In my time with the Thyssenkrupp I learned and lot and gained new experience in accounting but not only. I was responsible for the entire AP process and sometimes as stand in as a buck-up for our team leader. Now I'd like to develop my skills for Eltet company and meet new people. I previously worked as a Junior Financial Accountant at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

On this position I was handling activities related to receivables of Sony Pictures Television UK Rights.

Graduated from Gdańsk University in Finance & Accounting and IT & Econometrics.

Privately a huge sports fan, especially involved in long distance running and cycling.

Love spending time with a group of friends in TPK forest, trying to stay on a bike on technical and steep bike trails.

Aleksandra Buniek - OTC&Treasury Accountant

Hi, I’m Aleksandra. I graduated Gdynia Maritime University. I have four years of experience in accounting; processing of incoming invoices and receivables. Last year I worked in accounts receivables department.

My qualities are openness, honesty and the ability to focus on details. Beside work I like cycling and roller skating whenever the weather permits. Moreover, learning Spanish is my new interest.

Grzegorz Zienkiewicz - IT Security Specialist

I finished Electronics and Telecommunication on Electronics, Telecommunication and Informatics department on Gdańsk University of Technology. For the last 2 years I worked in Sprint S.A., where I was involved in the integration of network and IT security solutions. In my free time I train martial arts and expand my knowledge in the field of computer networks and IT security.
