Going outside can help you maintain a healthy life to live longer for the people you love the most. Nature is a gift; for our senses, minds and hearts with positive outcomes for physical, social, emotional and cognitive development. If you feel down or sad, going outside will surely enough lighten you up! It is also a major health benefit. Without going out, where would you get your vitamin D from?
