1924 -Constitution based on dictatorship and public ownership; Lenin dies, Stalin enters.

  • Negociated peace with Germany in WWI - Outstanding leader
  • Stalin isolated him because of his influence

  • Accused of treason by Stalin
  • Assessinated by Ramon Mercader (a spy) in Mexico

When ruling the USSR he came out with 5 year plan to transform the USSR from a peasant society into an industrial superpower.
