Is a style of leadership were the leader has total control of making the decision, and the team members are just expectet to follow orders and obey.

An example of this could be a military commander, since they usually give orders that have t be followed without asking questions. I depends on the commander but usually they dont adk for the opinion of the others or thwir ideas, they just act however they want.

Is a style of leadership were the leader delegates decision making power to the people under them, but it allowes the people to work almost independetly. This type of leadership requires minimum guidance

An example of laissez-faire style leadership could be a university professor who assigns a research project to their students and allows them to choose their own topics and research methods. In this situation, the professor provides resources and support, but does not provide direct supervision or guidance.

A democratic leadership style means including the team or group in the decision-making process. The democratic leader values the team's members' opinions and takes them into account when making decisions. Participation, teamwork, and open communication are encouraged under this leadership approach.
