Mission

To invest in all the manpower we have to reach our exponential off limits performance by taking our abilities a notch further, adapt with new hardships and that will get us to the world cup.

  • Fresh members needs further training
  • Shortage of members in different committees

  • The support of the university and the faculty advisor
  • We have our name now in the enactus office and around universities so all eyes on us, which means more oppritunites coming our way

Threats

  • The continious threat of the pandemic that puts pressure on timing and movement of our teams
  • Not knowing ahead of time how certain events are going to be held if there's any

Roles

  • Overseeing all activities of the committees and provide overall direction
  • Accomplich goals by mentoring & assest the directors to the fullest extent
  • Manage excutive leaders through goal setting and accountability
  • Leverage advisors, staff and faculty advisors
  • Excute the plan and projects according to the timeline
  • Guide the process of the competition

Vice Role

  • Working alongside the president as a supporting role to assist on the general running of our performance under the supervision of the president
  • Present in the president place if needed
  • Work as an internal mentor to the excutive committees, organize and evaluate excutive performance

  • Monitor the project leaders & thier performance
  • Record and evaluate all the activities of project leaders alongside the HR director
  • Direct the path of the projects with clear communication between the heads and the team leaders
  • Responsible for the charters and time management of the pm committee
  • Maintain relation between the other committees for any pm oriented help

Project Director

  • Monitor the committee & distrbute the HR teams amongst the other committees
  • Professional guidance and ruling of the committees
  • Recruitement organizing alongside other committees in ( Interviews- rules-applying- proficiency)
  • Direct, organize, manage and make strategic descisions
  • Evaluate team performance and the fluency of work alongside the OC director and the PM director
  • Assist in organising succesful sessions to the committees

  • Support the five heads in maintaining and excuting the plans
  • Tighten the relation between the PM committee and the five commitees

Presentation

  • Organize the efforts of the presentation committee alongside the project management committee
  • -By engaging in all the projects the whole year
  • Present us in all the events and competitions
  • Prepare strong and skillful presenters
  • Work alongside the pm in the script writing preparation
  • Prepare and rehearse for the NC with the Media committee

Head Role

Media

  • Responsible for the photage and video quality of the teams
  • Assist the presentation head in preparing for the competetion
  • Manage the teams and performance of the work fluency

Public relations head role

PR

  • Evaluation of the pr committee members alonside the Hr
  • Develop pr members strategic and communication skills
  • Responsible for organizing different events
  • Responsible for setting goals and objectives for the organization

Fund raising head

FR

  • Plan the years' budget and ensure it is avialable beforehand
  • Responsible for overseeing the sponsorship deals
  • Keep sheets of income and expences
  • Assist the pm director in funding the projects and keep track of the project details along the year

Marketing

  • Use impactful marketing strategies on increasing awareness on campus
  • Responsible for the website and all social media accounts
  • Assist PM in marketing campaigns
  • Assist FR in finding the best deals and plans
  • Assist media committee in organising and managing the posts and protfilos
