The Nanjing Safety Zone was created to keep the Chinese citizens safe during the invasion of Nanjing. It offered refuge for upwards of 200,000 Chinese during the occupation of the city from mid-December through its eventual dissolution at the end of February.
The Nanjing Saftey Zone is related to physical education and math class.
PE: The Nanjing Safety Zone was created to protect citizens from the dangers of the Japanese, by created a zone that was surrounded by barricades and it was patrolled by unarmed volunteers. This is similar to how in PE we play in teams to protect our side.
Math: Even though the Nanjin Safety zone was made to protect the citizens from the Japanese, they still managed to enter and commit atrocities. In math, you should be able to work around these different issues and have different methods to solve a problem.
