Introduction
People were evacuated from their houses and were took to places more safe. Most of the time parents and children were seperated. Some children were took to nice caring homes but some were took to places were they were not respected.
In January 1904, the government introduced food rationing. This food was desighned to ensure a fair emount of food for everyone. Fruit and vegetables were not rationed as people could grow them by there self in the garden.
Anne Frank was a German girl who wrote an important diary: she called it kitty. Her diary is still an important peice in history today and many childeren learn from it.
During the blitz, lots of people had to be evacuated as lots of cities were not safe. The Germans kept bombing Britain. Nowhere was really safe which meant that even if you were evacuated during the blitz you were not 100% safe.
