- during meiosis in Anaphase 1 the spindle aparatus pulls two 2-chromatid-chromosmes to a pole
- in Anaphase 2 the spindle aparatus only seperates one of the 2-chromatid-chromsomes
- 3 rd copy of 21 st chromosome

- average IQ of young adults is 50
- nobody can have down syndrome in the family
