Claudia Walde, better known as MadC is a graffiti artist from Germany, she was born In 1980, Bautzen, Germany, she's been an artist for over 20 years of her life. She holds graphic design degrees from two universities and has writen 3 books on street art. Her art is shown in solo and group shows worldwide. She often paints coulourful murals. Claudia's first graffiti piece was in 1996 when she was a little over 16.
Why I choose Madc
Their are two reasons why I choose MadC for the project, the first reason is I like claudia's colourful art design. She is known for using alot of colors in each painting. Second, i like that she has degrees in graphic design and went to schools to study art.

School
MadC graduated from two different unniversities while simultaneously learning to paint murals. She holds degrees in graphic design from the university of art in Halle, Germay and Saint Martins College, London. Such a combination of two far-apart worlds, one academic and the other more street-wise, proved to be a key in Claudia's career. It is this confuence of situations, immediate connection with the street art subculture and devoted approach to art research has been decisive in turning MadC into the artist she is today.
