When someone has an additude and starts an arugment. Like in this picture they are clearly arguing and irritated with each other .
my triggering is when someone has an additude with me.
negative thoughts are basically when you get upset and start thinking bad things .
ex : the feeling of guilt and saying things like i am so bad at basketball after losing a game.
