I will be going through the basic steps of people being stressed out all the time.And see what is making them the certain why they are, and that if they are brave or confident enough to talk to people about them being stressed out all the time or short/long periods of time throughout the day or through there life time.
Stress is mostly causing people to be like this maybe they are going through rough times with parents being divorced or loss of a loved one, or a loss of a job, or not having enough sleep.Or is is causing them to lose control to some people then is really doesn't make them feel like them.
There is medical However, there are various medications available which can help to reduce or manage some of the signs of stress. For example, your doctor might offer to prescribe either sleeping pills or minor tranquillizers if you're having trouble sleeping. antidepressants if you're experiencing depression or anxiety. AND I WOULD LIKE TO HELP PEOPLE FROM THAT.
I say to talk to a friend OR A TRUSTED ADULT IN ORDER FOR THEM TO HELP YOU AND NOT JUST THAT BUT LEARN FROM IT SO IF IT IS THE SAME LIKE OTHER PEOPLE BEING STRESSED OUT. AND MOSTLY SEE WHAT DIFFERENT TYPES OF SYMPTOMS THEY HAVE IN ORDER TO HELP THEM IN THE FUTURE.
Help yourself than saying negative things to yourself and be positive all t he time and have good environment. And try to help yourself in every way as possible.
