PROJECT PLAN

PURPOSE

Description

Challenges we are addressing:

Challenge 1: Our resumes, once rejected by one customer, are not re-utilized effectively. There is an absence of a feedback process for every transaction - both positive and negative.

Challenge 2: Communication and sharing of resumes between Vendor-TCPL-Customer happens through tons of mail. Tracking and prioritizing is currently difficult.

Challenge 3: We are creating a bench of resources who can be deployed at a short notice. We will need a database of Potential Employees.

Challenge 4: Re-invent the Profiles

What if we could show our customers the Video Profiles Candidates?

And entire portfolios?

And a dashboard of the skills he/she can avail from us?

... All this with the click of a button.

Create a one-stop shop for everything 'Profile-related'

Track consumption of profiles and assess feedback.

Ease communication between stakeholders.
